Some of the best recipes only require two key ingredients to make them the favorite dish at the dinner table. We might not have professional chefs at our company, but we do have a powerful team of product engineers who constantly experiment to give you the best stop leak products in the industry. And that’s exactly what happened with our Bar’s Leaks Liquid Aluminum Cooling System Radiator and Heater Core Stop Leak.

The two key ingredients in this product are Liquid Aluminum™ and Xtreme Cool™. Liquid Aluminum™ is part of the next-generation stop leak line which not only seals leaks, but also conditions the system. It also contains Xtreme Cool™ which stops overheating and reduces water temperature. The mixture of these two formulas is guaranteed to safely and easily seal leaks in plastic, aluminum and metal radiators, heater cores, gaskets and freeze plugs.

That means that the next time you notice your radiator is leaking all you have to do is grab one of these bottles, open the hood of your car and follow our how-to video for the quick and easy installation process. It’s time to get your show back on the road.

  • “I decided to write to commend you for an outstanding product. I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand AM, V6 and with about 100,000 miles. About 6 months ago I had the Pontiac dealer flush the cooling system. I later noticed my car was slowly loosing coolant fluid with no evidence of a leak. At about the same time, my car developed an engine problem where it would misfire, rough idle when cold, and the “Check Engine” light would come on if I drove away too soon after starting the car. Unaware these problems were related, I had the Pontiac dealer replace the spark plugs and clean the fuel injectors per his recommendation. The problems did not go away even though I paid hundreds of dollars. To take care of the slow coolant leak, I decided to try Bar'’s Leaks Liquid Aluminum. To my surprise, the engine problem my car had went away the very next day, and my car is no longer loosing coolant fluid! I am totally amazed and thankful for your product! It’s been two months now with my car running perfectly. After some research, it appears to me that my car’s engine had some kind of a head gasket leak that got repaired by your amazing product.”

  • “I bought a bottle of Bar's Leaks Liquid Aluminum Radiator Seal at a local Napa store because I had a leaky water pump seal. The leak was so bad that I could only drive about ten miles before my coolant was gone and my engine would over heat. I am out of work so I really couldn't afford to get a new water pump installed. I had a 200 mile trip to make on the week end and a job interview Monday morning thinking my car was toast and I would miss everything. I bought the bars leaks liquid aluminum on the friday before, just after my car overheated so bad that I thought the head gasket would blow, and added it in the parking lot of Napa. Within minutes there were no leaks from the water pump or anywhere else. Saturday I made my 200 mile trip and stopped by on the way home at the Napa store to tell the sales person who showed me your product how great it worked. I've never been so impressed by a product that really does what it says it will do and I'm writing this to thank you for a product that really works.”

  • “I drive about 40,000 miles a year selling carpet for Empire. The company is great, but times are still a little tough out there. I have a 2000 Ford Tauras with 234,000 miles on it. (Bought used a few years ago.) I need my car to work and survive. A couple days ago I started getting a big blast of steam from the radiator when I stopped. I cannot afford another repair. Put your Liquid Aluiminum in today with great trepidation. Drove for 25 minutes and stopped. No steam. God bless you. Your product is awesome. I did not sleep at all last night. Now I am relaxed because of you. Thanks!!!”

  • “On our way from Phoenix, AZ in April of this year my 1987 Southwind motor home overheated and after having it checked by a mechanic was told the thermostat probably froze shut causing the engine to overheat. Also, he said the radiator and intake manifold were leaking. I asked if he could just add a sealer to the radiator to get me home since it would take a few days to fix the radiator and intake manifold. He said they had a very good commercial sealer he used before with some success. I decided to give it a try.

The next day when we left we didn’t make it to Albuquerque, NM before it overheated again. I filled the radiator with water and drove to Albuquerque looking for an auto parts store to try another sealer. I stopped at an O'’Reilly store and asked the sales person there if he had any success with the radiator sealers and he recommended your product. I put the sealer in and took off the next morning and drove all day without a problem. In fact we drove 2 more days until we got home without a problem. I was really impressed with your product and would recommend it to anyone who has a leaky radiator. I believe it was far superior to the commercial product we started with. Thanks again for your product.”

  • “I had a front cover coolant leak on 20 yr old Ford van. It was in a spot so difficult it took me an hour taking stuff off to get a look at it. 1 can of heavy duty slowed it down quite a bit but didn’t stop it. I figured I had a huge repair on my hands and in desperation added I an additional can of Liquid Aluminum. The leak stopped during the first heat up cycle and has held for a week now. Your product has allowed me to keep my truck on the road as I would not be able to work on it for a few months till the weather got warm. Excellent product, I will recommend it to all.”
