Bar’s Leaks Tech Overview: Liquid Aluminum Radiator Stop Leak and Liquid Copper Block Seal

The video below is a brief overview and explanation of two of our most popular Bar’s Leaks products: the Liquid Aluminum Radiator Stop Leak (p/n 1186) and the Liquid Copper Block Seal (p/n 1109). Enjoy, and post any questions in the comments or email us and we’ll get right back to you.

With the weather starting to turn warmer, we are anticipating more calls into our tech lines about cooling system problems. This will be especially bad this year, as many cars have not been driven much as a result of COVID-19 and are just now starting to see “regular duty” again. In our experience, a long winter, coupled with an emerging spring/summer season AND lots of garage or driveway sitting is a perfect storm for cooling system problems.

Before you take your car to a dealer or mechanic, if you find you are having mild to moderate problems, we can help. We have been helping customers with cooling system/radiator/freeze plug issues for decades, and we can probably help you too.

Leaks suck. They can be expensive to repair, and that often means car downtime. You’ve been cooped up, and you want to get back to life. Let us help. We’re confident we can.
